I had my little brother order the brown sugar coffee with boba and they gave him just milk😭 this was his first time here and ordering for me so he didn’t know what to expect. But how do you think a customer wants a cup of milk with boba 😭

I'm ticked off and will never go back to this place ever again! I ordered 4 items online. I received a call from them shortly after stating they were out of strawberry yakult. I asked them to please cancel the order, as that was the main reason for going there. The young lady asked me to hold. She came back on and said they had yakult after all. I said super, thanks. Picked up my order, which wasn't ready on time. Got home, attempted to enjoy my strawberry yakult, but guess what? It wasn't yakult! They took it upon themselves to make me something called a strawberry heaven, which was basically strawberry tea and nothing close to yakult. While it was tasty, it was not what I ordered and paid for. The worst part about the experience was that they lied to me. They didn't want to cancel my order as requested, so they lied and knowingly changed my order and served me something I didn't order. Though the ordering system states that if something is out, chef recommendation will replace, this was an entirely different scenario because they had the opportunity to ask me if a particular substitution was OK, and instead chose to lie and say they had what I wanted, then made me something else.

Yummy! Im pregnant and craving brown sugar boba. I got the butterfly brown sugar and my husband got the oreo. The drinks looked just like the pictures! Delicious

My family and I absolutely adore 2teas Boba whenever we get the chance. We treat ourselves to their delicious beverages. My only concern about visiting this place is choosing a drink. It’s a tough decision for me because there are so many options that I want to try them all! 😩 When we visit, we usually enjoy our drinks there because the atmosphere is simply amazing, you just want to stay. The music is infectious, and you’ll find yourself tapping your foot or humming along to the tunes. The staff is phenomenal, and their attention to detail is evident in the beautifully decorated space. We always have a fantastic time there. We either play their entertaining board games or try our luck at the claw machines, hoping to win their adorable prizes. 😂 However, today, things took an unexpected turn. My lovely husband accidentally tipped my daughter’s drink, and it spilled everywhere. In a flash, someone rushed to the rescue and helped clean up. The staff member was incredibly sweet and kind, even offering bringing us a new drink for my daughter when she didn’t had too! Wonderful Milk teas every time! My favorite has been the brown sugar matcha which is a popular flavor. They also have some other flavors which are unique to me that I’ve tried. My favorites of those have been the house taro lover with cheese foam and tapioca and the green Thai milk tea with tapioca. The fruit teas are also very good, my favorite has been the mango. This is all around a great place. I’ve been meaning to get around to some of their other flavors, but I keep getting stuck on my favorites 😅. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. The atmosphere is very inviting with board games and music.
